Robert L. Hall was born on July 6, 1944 in Cumberland, Kentucky to Hobart and Clydie Hall.  Raised in the mountains of eastern Kentucky; until as a young man he moved to Indiana, and then to Michigan to work. While working at General Motors in Pontiac, Michigan he was introduced to the Apostolic message by Rev. Mal Lee.

His ministry began in 1973 under the leadership of Bishop L.A. Parent, and Pastor William Parent at The Apostolic Church in Pontiac. He received his ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church in 1976, and was ordained in 1978.

He started and pastored a church in Rochester, Michigan from 1975 until 1980. At which time the Hall family moved to Williamsburg, Kentucky where a new church was established. Pastor Hall served at the Apostolic Lighthouse for ten years. During this time he was privileged to serve as the Kentucky Home Missions Director for six and one half years. Due to his diligence and love for souls, around thirty brand new churches were started across the state.

In early 1990 God began to deal with Pastor Hall to step into the next phase of his ministry. For eighteen months, he assisted Rev. Gerald Adams in Hopkinsville, Kentucky; at which time God began speaking to him about Anniston, Alabama. April 1992 saw the Hall family moving to Anniston to start a new work, where souls could hear this wonderful message. He has also served as the Presbyter and District Board Member for Section Four of the United Pentecostal Church for the last five years.

Pastor and Sister Hall have been married for forty-four years. They have three daughters, Jennifer, Kara and Krista (John), and are the proud grandparents to Kylee. They feel very blessed to be a part of Landmark (formerly Life Tabernacle) in the beautiful city of Anniston, Alabama.
